Koulsimi Bouba (about 35) is a displaced peul very sick. She suspected to have TB and maybe other disease. She stays now in the PK12 muslim enclave with very small access to health. MSF has osculted her but there is no place in Bangui able to treat such case and to know what she suffers from she should go to the center, which is too dangerous for muslims.
In PK12 enclave, about 2000 displaced muslims took refuge. They are mostly Peul nomadic tribes who escaped fighting in the bush. Any muslims trying to get out of the neighborhood is attacked by antibalakas. Food and access to health is very low.

Tungala, population: 548. Natalia Zaretskaya is the only qualified health care professional; she is the feldscher, i.e. nurse, with the same responsibilities as a doctor. The closest maternity hospital is a twelve-hour train ride away, and there is only one train a day.
